In full disclosure, Laurie will be the primary dog walker/care provider. Barry is partially disabled and is on a portable ventilator that sits on a moveable stand. Some pets warm right up to Barry and his tubing, others are cautious but warm up eventually. We look forward to a meet and greet with your pet(s) :-) We have been pet owners (cats and dogs) for over 20-years. After our last cat passed away a few years ago we decided no pets for a while. In late 2017 we sat for our "grand puppy" - Cooper - who was a very energetic 2-year old for several months while our son traveled. We had such a great time and because we enjoyed the experience so much, we decided to offer our home to those with a daily, weekend, or extended stay basis. We will play with your dog as much, or as little, as the pet (or you) requires. We love playing catch with balls and tug of war with squeaky toys or play ropes, etc. Our furniture is not off limits. We love to have our pets nearby for snuggle time, etc. We have always slept with our pets so we intend on doing the same for your pet. We will typically walk your dog a minimum of 2 times per day and we can let out based on your dogs signals. We are very flexible and look forward to meeting you and your pet.
