**Currently on Maternity leave and unable to accept new clients.** I'm a higher education professional and part time pet caretaker. I have one dog of my own, currently, but have room in my heart for yours too! I grew up with all types of animals and worked in a pet store as a young adult. I have experience with dogs, cats, geckos, hamsters, birds, and fish! I have no breed restrictions, size restrictions, or species restrictions for who I will care for. I am available in the early mornings, on my lunch breaks (with flexibility), and each evening. I am free almost all weekends as well. I have worked in amateur dog training and can try to help you teach basic commands or continue your training. I also have tips and tricks for potty training if you've got a new furry family member. My partner, Josh, will accompany me on walks occasionally, or if I'm not available for a gig, can fill in for me (with owner's permission). For bookings outside my normal service radius, I do charge an additional travel fee per mile, according to the IRS standard mileage rate (54.5 cents per mile) each way. For example, if you are 5 miles outside of my standard radius, that would be an additional charge of: 5 miles x $.545 x 2 (drives)= $5.45 per trip.
