Would pet every dog if I could!
Pet care experience
The first dog I owned was a retired racing greyhound who I had to teach how to walk up stairs and play like a dog. They are different than other dogs but he gave me good experience in being patient with dogs and learning to work with them. I have also raised a new born puppy lab. I love working with dogs of all types and get so much joy from working with all dogs!

Lauren was such an awesome sitter. She sent frequent updates and photos. The kitties were well taken care of and the house looked good when we got home. She even had the dirty sheets in the washer when we got back. I highly recommend Lauren. We will book again.
Lauren was phenomenal. She took such great care of all of our babies, and even made friends with our pets that are scared of everyone! 100% would book again and absolutely recommend her. Followed instructions to a T, sent lots of update pictures, asked questions, everything you could want in a sitter. ?
?????So very happy to have found Lauren on Rover. She was incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry, & very sweet about a small time change. We found her to be exactly what we needed. She was on top of all of our instructions & even asked if Lucy had any favorite ‘toy or blankets’ which we forgot to mention & indeed she does, nice attention to details!! Don’t believe we are alone in being SUPER CONTROL FREAKS when it comes to who takes care of Lucy, & can honestly say that Lauren’s calm & assured demeanor made our night out great & relaxed. Even better Lucy wasn’t mad at us a bit for leaving. Highly recommend Lauren!!!?????
Lauren is the best!! I have a particularly difficult dog that hates most people but Lauren was patient and caring nonetheless. She sends pictures regularly as well as updates of her visits. She is quick to respond to questions. She is all-around great and will definitely hire her again. Highly recommend ????

I like to find out what their regular routine is and make sure I don't deviate too much. If they like to play fetch in their backyard I incorporate that, if they like to train for treats I make sure I get that time in. I really set up my sitting environment based on their normal environment so as to not make them anxious with change in care!

I like to know if they have any anxious triggers so that I may avoid those as much as possible. If there are things that help them feel comfortable, that is always useful information for me to have prior to meeting the animal!
A typical day
I really enjoy taking dogs for walks in neighborhoods and viewing homes in the neighborhood, I love architecture! I also really enjoy taking dogs to parks (keeping them on leash always) so they can see birds and people!

Availability
I work full-time, but we have a hybrid work schedule with only two days in the office. I have flexibility with my schedule and would work with owner to schedule any required visits during the day on my all in office days.
