We were so happy to discover Lauren and Doug as dog sitters - we have a 4 month old lab puppy we didn't want to leave at home, but our rental home in Duck did not allow pets. Lauren and Doug provided a wonderful home environment for our puppy that gave him a great opportunity to be socialized with other dogs and people, and a great "summer camp" experience! It was very easy to pick our puppy up at a moment's notice and take him to the beach with us during the day, and then bring him back for the evening. So glad they opened their home to our pup - very highly recommended!

Lauren and Doug we're great! They made our vacation with our puppy Bandit possible. They were very flexible and cared for him as if he was their own. He only spent the night there, but he was so excited to see Lauren and Doug when we dropped him off every night! I can't say it enough...don't think twice - book them now!
Best Rover ever. Lauren is AWESOME! If you don't book with her, you'll be missing out. Our 3-year old lab, Auggie, was well cared for and thrived while staying with Lauren. Lauren communicated with us regularly during Auggie's stay, so we knew exactly how Auggie was doing. If we vacation in the Outer Banks in the future, Lauren will be our first call.
