The owner of an anxious Vizsla, Sasha, for 14 years, I have experience with what some might call "difficult" dogs. As he was an aggressive eater and walker, I have experience carefully handling food around dogs and walking a big dog that gets overly excited on the streets of New York City. Recently, my sister got a Dachshund puppy, Rudi, who I frequently dog sit for. Rudi started off scared of the city and hesitant to walk. Training her to walk was difficult but rewarding, and gave me great experience handling a hesitant dog. I have great empathy for dogs, and understand city living can be hard. I can't wait to walk and play with your dog outside this summer. Lots of (responsible) fun to be had for all!
