Hi, I'm Lauren! I've lived in Austin since 2005 and have been pet sitting and dog walking for over 10 years. Currently, I am a graduate student at St. Edward’s and love taking care of animals. I spend most of my time doing homework and can spend a lot of time at your home hanging out with your pup and/or kitty. I have experience working with all types of animals ranging from senior pups and cats, special needs animals, and high energy pets! I am available for walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting! Lauren took good care of my pup and place. The negative aspect is in reliability. We had booked this first block of time with the express agreement that she was available for a following trip a 3 weeks later. She bailed last minute so I needed to interview new home/dog sitters and re-explain what needed to be done. It's unprofessional to behave that way.
Again, Lauren was amazing!! We were gone for 7 days and could not be more pleased with the care of our two girls and of our home. There were no issues the entire time we were away and Lauren sent us updates with multiple pictures and videos of our girls, which helped us feel not so far away. I definitely recommend Lauren for your fur babies and will continue to book with her for future stays.
Lauren was excellent with the girls!! She sent pictures and checked in with us daily on how the girls were doing. I knew I’d left them in good hands. I never had to worry one bit. She took great care of the house also. I will definitely recommend Lauren to friends and will be booking with her for our future trips.

I will care for your pets and home as I care for my own. They will always be fed at their usual times and always have plenty of outside potty/walk time. Kitties will always have clean litter boxes. If you have indoor cats, I will be sure that they remain inside. Indoor/outdoor cats will always be checked on and I will be sure to bring them in at night if that is how you run things. They will also receive as much cuddles and love as they want! As for your home, I am very concerned with safety and will always make sure your doors are locked and curtains closed when I am not around. When you return, your home will be just as you left it and your pets will be happy!

A typical day
I love to go for walks, so your pup will always get plenty of exercise with me! If you have energetic kitties, they will get plenty of play time with their favorite toys.

Availability
I am a full time grad student, so when I am not in class I am busy doing homework! This means I can stay at your home and hang out with your pup and/or kitty for long periods of time! I am usually gone for classes for a few hours, so your fur babies will never be alone for too long.
