Would not recommend at all. First, I arrived home to find my office floor covered in cat poop, atleast 8 turds. My cat never poops outside the litter box so I can only assume the sitter didn’t change the litter and neglected to clean it up. So I went back to check my cat camera and saw the sitter only stayed 15 minutes max, just enough to pour some food and leave without actually giving my cat attention or playing with him. I paid for 30 minute check-ins because I wanted the peace of mind that my cat would be cared for and given some attention, so to find out that she only stayed for half the time she was paid for was infuriating. My home app showed me she left after 15 minutes, yet she didn’t clock out through Rover until 30 minutes later. I feel deceived, she did not follow through with even the bare minimum. I would have expected a sitter to have some empathy and desire to care for pets, but clearly this was just another obligation. I feel horrible I subjected my cat to this when there are so many sitters who would put more care and effort into your pet. If you want a mature, caring sitter who will communicate with you and stay for the time you paid for, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
