I'm that person at a party who's trying to become best friends with the dog. I've loved dogs all my life, but due to parental restrictions, I wasn't able to get one until I was 25 and I know there will never be a time in my life that I don't own a dog. I currently have a pit bull, who is a handful to walk, but am able to control him with a gentle leader. While in college, I babysat (humans) for a family with 2 dogs for 5 years, I stayed a week house/dog sitting for a co-worker, as well numerous walking's for friends and family. I can't pass a dog without asking if i can pet him.
