If I will be walking your dog I would like to know how the dog interacts with other animals. If your dog has any signals it gives that is very helpful to know so I can watch for them and be able to respond appropriately. Any commands your dog knows I would love to learn about. How well your dog walks on a leash would be valuable information. If I will be staying with your dog for any extended period of time inside your home, I would like to know what your dog generally enjoys doing on a day to day basis so I can keep their routine as consistent as possible. If your animal is hesitant of anything or has any type of anxieties that it always helpful for me to know so I can help put them at ease during our time together. And of course, any extra information you feel is necessary I would love to hear about. Getting to know your "fur baby" and vise versa is an extremely important aspect that helps both myself and your pets feel more comfortable and have a well rounded experience.

For dog walks- I love taking dogs for walks on nature trails, through parks, or any other route that I think the dog would love to explore. I enjoy making my time with the dog full of adventure and fun. I believe they deserve diversity and beautiful scenery just as much as humans do. If the dog has a specific route it knows and likes to go on I am always open to suggestions. I also enjoy playing with all dogs and including any games they may like or throwing their favorite toy for them. At home stays- I would love to take your dogs on walks and include all the listed above items for dog walking's into my stay with them. I generally tailor my activities with the dogs based on their needs. This is something I would like to discuss and assess with you before my stay with your pets. I have taken care of all age ranges and abilities so I will work with you to make a plan so our stay together can be the best experience possible. As I mentioned previously, I do work for a doggy daycare and my shifts are approximately six and a half hours. I may be scheduled to work a shift while I am staying with your dog and in this case would not be able to let them go outside for this duration. In the event that this does occur, I will make sure your pets are fully taken care of directly before and after my shift. I will always let you know before my stay with your pets what days and times my shifts take place so everyone is on the same page. Besides this, my time will be spent taking care of your precious pets.
