I have been around dogs my whole life. Our family had a wonderful mutt named Elmo who preferred humans over canines. Sadly we lost him to cancer this year and that’s why we’re able to offer boarding. My love for animals is not just limited to dogs, I have prior zoo experience, so I have exotic animal care experience as well. My family is new to the island so your pets will help me get to know the area better. I would love to be able to care for your pet and give them some exercise while you're away. I enjoy training so I look forward to keeping your dog sharp on all tricks they have learned. I have lots of time at home with part time work. Would love to fill up that time with furry friends! Walks and fun will be had! We like to go for daily strolls every morning and evening! Your pup will be part of the family and we hope to keep them entertained and indulge their relaxation & cuddle time while they stay with us. We have a fenced** yard but it slopes from a 6ft to a 3ft height so please let me know if your dog might be a jumper and we will make sure to use a leash.

A typical day
We enjoy multiple walks a day in our neighborhood. We’ll try to fit in trips to the dog park (if permitted) or trips to parks around town for longer, more scenic walks like Colt State park. At home, we like to reward pets with training of commands they know and play with their favorite toys whether it’s a rope, ball, squeaky toy or bone! And lots of cuddles!
