Pet care experience
I’ve always had a soft spot for animals of all sorts, so when Django the 65kg big furry monster (as we fondly called him) came into my life, I fell in love (not just with his owner)! Sadly, we lost Django before Christmas but in the two years I got to love him, I learned more than I ever thought I could about Dogs! How to be a problem solver when problems arose, what needs each animal has and how they differ dog to dog (especially when our puppy Labrador niece came into the fold last summer!), how to play and how to be patient! I also have an enhanced DBS background check. Not only will your dog (or cat) be looked after with 100% care as if they were my own, but they’ll be shown that same level of love and affection.

This was our first time ever using a dog sitter, and it was a last minute request which thankfully Lauren was able to accept. Lauren took great care of Jasmine, was really observant of Jasmine’s anxious behaviour and was really caring. Lauren was contactable all day and really easy to communicate with and she kept us up to date with their activities via messaging and lovely photos. We would most definitely book Lauren again. Lauren took great care of my pup and I’d use her again any time. She was super flexible and kept me updated with pictures through the day. I know dexter would love to hang out with her again!
Lauren is a kind, compassionate, patient person and a natural dog carer. She has a big heart which has a space for any size dog as proved with my Akita-Lab-Greyhound mix senior dog. She’ll give them lots of cuddles, long walks, a fun playtime and buckets of affection. You’ll get your pet back very happy and well looked after!

A typical day
I’m very lucky to live in an area with a plethora of parks (and specific dog parks) as well as lord of scenic walking routes. I’d love to take your furry friend on a lovely long walk, stopping to play fetch and maybe a bit of tug of war here and there. I also like playing games that not only exercise the pup’s body, but their mind as well.
