People have called me the animal whisperer. My love for animals goes back to my toddler years. I started saving and rescuing animals at the young age of five and have never stopped. If there was an animal in need, I was always right there to help. My house soon became the house with all the animals. We grew up saving everything from cats, dogs, birds, to skunks, mice, a baby fox and more. I was always the one pet sitting for my neighbors, friends, and family. As an adult I’ve helped with TNR, I’m a foster for the humane society, and still rescue and save animals. Currently, I’m a flight attendant, and many know me as the crazy cat lady, who packs cat food and helps animals and other rescues on my layovers. Some shelters even allow you to take a dog on a walk to promote adoptions. If I’m not flying, you can find me at home with my family. I have two adopted cats and two adopted pups. You can always find us outside on walks, playing with the neighbors dogs, and saving rollie pollies. My little ones already have a big love for animals and it warms my heart and makes me so proud! My dream was always to be a veterinarian until I realized I couldn’t handle blood or doing anything that could hurt/cause pain to an animal. I’d never be able to put an animal down either. It’s just not me, so instead I changed my focused on rescuing. My dream is to one day have a non profit rescue to help and save animals of all kinds.
