Another amazing service performed by these girls, please read my previous review: We just moved to Waterset (Apollo Beach) 12/21/2021 with our infant from Kansas City due to my husband accepting a job offer in the Riverview/Bloomingdale Valrico area. A worst nightmare situation happened with our dog and our pet sitters over Christmas: Trevor (my husband) and I have a senior (15) Boxer, Rena, who is epileptic with Congenital Heart Failure (CHF). We hired Professional Pets - Pet Sitting & Dog Walking for house sitting overnights. On Christmas Day, I got a call at two o’clock in the morning from Professional Pets that Rena was having a seizure episode and in distress due to swallowing her own tongue that restricted airflow and being non responsive, she needed to go to the vet for emergency treatment. We were in our hometown of Kansas City Missouri with our family and infant for the holidays unable to return home. I was terrified, stressed, and was so worried Rena was going to suffer without us… Everything about Professional Pets - Pet Sitting & Dog Walking was phenomenal. From our meet and greet to our overnight booking, I can't say better things about these girls. They (Professional Pets) stabilized Rena due to being vet techs and drove her to Blue Pearl immediately (they were already on the way when they called us). Our sitter already had everything she needed for the vet (veterinary release form we have to fill out in our new client paperwork). Blue Pearl took care of her and all was okay. They said that if she was not brought in that she would have passed away. Our pet sitters remained calm and I was calm knowing how experienced they are (although I was worried about my baby). I am SO blessed that we went with a professional business and that Rena was not alone when she had her seizure episode. 100 stars. They do pop in visits and dog walking too if you don’t like overnights, but the overnights are SO worth it to me due to this incident happening at 2:00AM. We know we are on borrowed time with our baby….but booking with the right pet Sitting company might just save your pets life. Professional Pets is the best.

Lauren was great with my dogs! We needed a last minute house sitter due to moving into the area last week & she was available SAME NIGHT. I couldn't believe that someone with such great reviews was available. Lucky for my husband & I she had a cancellation (yay us!). I felt safe knowing that she is so experienced with animals and took the time to get to know our Boxers. I especially loved that she is a professional business with all insurances and licensed. She will be our go to sitter forever. Jacey and Tommy miss you already!
