My name is Lauren and I’m a huge dog lover (I do love cats, too—and all animals!). I have been walking and looking after dogs for over five years. I am healthy and fit and will take your dog out for walks and play with him/her as much as necessary. I have experience of looking after dogs of all sizes as well as ages and temperaments. I am patient, attentive and caring and will always follow rules and requirements set for your dog. I have a 5-year old dog who is nervous but kind, even if after a few barks and growls.

Lauren looked after our 9 month old lab, Louie, and was absolutely great. Louie's a big boy, and to put it mildly, bonkers, but it didnt seem to be a problem for Lauren and after an initial stealing of toys, he got on well with Bones. Louie was actually better behaved that evening than normal, so he definitely seemed happy! Lauren was great at coming back to messages and kept me up to date with Louie's progress (it was the first time we'd left him with anyone) so I couldn't be happier. Many thanks!
Lauren has looked after our little French bulldog several times. She’s really great with communication, sending frequent video and picture updates which is great whilst we’re away! Lauren was great and accommodating with our schedules as well which was really helpful! Highly recommend
Had Lauren look after my two pups (Harry the cockerpoo and Jessie the mutt) on several occasions. They love her! Jessie being a little shy as she is a rescue, Lauren took the time and patience to win her over. At times Lauren pops over to walk the dogs at my request if I don't have time in my busy schedule and others will dogsit at mine or takes them to hers when I am out of London or on holiday. Would highly recommend as not only is she a very useful pair of hands but an avid dog lover! 5 Stars!
Lauren has looked after my English bull terriers on and off four about 4 years now during her university breaks. She is always flexible about travelling to me despite living further out in Zone 5 and is always punctual. She has always taken good care of my dogs and pays particular attention to their dietary and exercise needs. She cares deeply about my dogs’ wellbeing and I am comfortable with them in her care.

I would like to know if a dog is particularly nervous or can be aggressive. I have a dog who is very nervous and shy so I have lots of experience with dogs like this. I have less experience with aggressive dogs but I know dogs are innately gentle and loving animals who just need some love and care so we can chat about the steps that need to be taken. I'd also like to know if your dog is ok with public transport, has any dietary restrictions and is potty-trained.
A typical day
We will absolutely go on walks and play as much as your dog wants and needs. There are lots of green spots in the area which my dog loves, but if there's a particular park your dog has friends in, we will go there. If you let me know fun activities your dog enjoys, I will be sure to make sure we do just that. Also, please let me know toys and treats they enjoy.

I'm currently a freelance Researcher in documentary film/tv. I work M-F and wfh two days a week. From Feb 20-Mar 27 2023, I’ll be between contracts and able to take care of/walk your dog(s) around the clock.
