Pet care experience
Whether they be big or small, shaggy or silk haired, I love working dogs. I was raised around many breeds including but not limited to pit bulls, German shepherds, rottweilers, terriers and chihuahuas. I’ve worked as pet care taker for 7 years, and as an animal care tech at my local animal shelter which gave me even more experience with shy and timid babies. I'm available for walks, hikes, park visits, drop-in visits and house sitting, so please ask away for any service you may need. Please note: during housesittings, I take my 6 month old pup with me, so your dog has to be friendly with other dogs. Kida is house trained, crate trained, and works on leash etiquette and dog socialization daily, so there will never be any damage to your home. Have more than one dog? No problem! I'm used to having at least two dogs to play with and care for at one time. I have a 6 month old lab/pitty who is great for socializing your pup with!

Although we only hired Lauren for daily dog walking for a week I was out of town, we got the added bonus of dog training! I don’t know now she did it, but the dogs are much better behaved on the leash now and less aggressive around other dogs. Highly recommend and will definitely hirer her again.
We were so pleased with Lauren! Thank you for taking such incredible care of Poppy. We loved the daily updates, photos and the extra care you provided our sweet, furry animal. We’ll definitely be rebooking in the near future.

During house sitting, I never leave your pet for more than 4hrs at a time, and I try to keep to their daily routine as much as possible. I keep to their diet as YOU see fit and will never stray from that!

I like to know your pets energy levels, quirky habits, and anything that could get a reaction out of them. Any info that you think I might need to keep them happy and safe is always welcome.
A typical day
I base my activities on each pet individually as much as possible. If you have an overactive dog, I try to jog or run during the walk to get their energy out. If you have an older pet, I try to take it easy and make sure they don't overexert themselves.

Availability
This is my full-time job, so your pets will be my top priority! For the Summer months, I will be scheduling walks from 7am-10:30am so that your pup will be back inside before the heat becomes too much. I currently have open slots on MON, WED, FRI from 9am-3pm & TUES, THURS from 7am-9:30am. And 2pm-4pm
