This was our first time using Rover, but it won't be our last. Lauren went above and beyond on all aspects of her service. From the meet and greet, to sending pics, and communicating throughout. We are very pleased and have confidence to use Lauren again.

In order to be a responsible dog caregiver you have to start out with a genuine love of animals. Lauren demonstrates that daily, whether with her own dog Leeloo or when she cares for my girls (dogs). My dogs are small and to make playing with them easier and more fun for them, she sits and the floor so they run, play, chase and smother her with kisses. In addition, a couple of mine are on medications and she takes this task seriously writing down detailed notes on their needs and makes sure it is dispensed accordingly. My girls genuinely love being with her and super excited when they see her. That makes me leaving them so much easier because I know they are in good hands.
