Lauren is a complete rockstar! She watched our older dog and two indoor/outdoor cats for over a week while we were traveling with a big time difference+inconsistent accessibility. She took great care of all the pets, was very careful and considerate of an older dog's needs, and even our grumpiest cat loved her. She sent lots of updates and pictures, which was so thoughtful. She also handled a few twists with professionalism and experience. Cannot say enough good things about Lauren!
Lauren was awesome to work with! I had a last-minute need for a pet sitter and my regular sitter was not available. Lauren was more than accommodating when it came to my busy schedule, and she was able to fit in an introductory meeting at my house before I left town. She clearly has a natural connection with animals, and she did a wonderful job looking after my pups (who can be somewhat demanding!). She sent regular updates and pictures, and even left me a detailed activity log, which was awesome for this paranoid dog mom. The house was just how I left it when I returned and the dogs were happy and healthy! I highly recommend Lauren for your pet-sitting/house-sitting needs.

A typical day
I love to walk, in the city or out on a trail. If your dog is a herder, I'm pretty good at hide-and-seek, which I used to play with my Sheltie. I'm not too bad with a "Chuckit," which is my family Labrador's favorite game. I can also sit quietly while reading and working, if your pet is older or prone to anxiety.
