Pet care experience
I am a dog-loving Springsteen-obsessed future old-dog lady! I have 10 years of experience caring for pets of all kinds, but dogs are my favorite. I am currently the "dog mother" of two local dogs that belong to my friends, and I am very good at spoiling them with long play dates and goofy games. I joined Rover to save up for my own dog. I live 1 block from the Arboretum, and I love taking pups on ferry or beach adventures. If you want your dog to truly be the star of the day ~ I'm your sitter. Dogs constantly amaze me with their energy and personality. I am in a "poetry band" that frequently performs songs and poems about dogs. Is your pet a muse? Do they love off leash parks? Long walks on the beach? We are performing with iji at SAM's dog night in Olympic Sculpture garden if you are looking for a sweet doggy date Aug 4th.

Lauren is a very amazing dog walker/sitter. She has been walking and baby sitting my dog since I got her last September. And my dog is a little wild one and she can be intimidating to a lot of people, but not lauren!! Lauren has an amazing calmness to her that makes dogs feel very comfortable around her. She also just loves all dogs and knows how to connect with them, even if they are a little crazy like mine! I highly recommend her, and think she will make any dog owner and dog very happy and pleased with her services.
Lauren *adores* dogs and will be the ultimate walker/sitter/friend to your pooch. Lauren has dog stickers on all of her prized possetions, she has been known to throw dog-themed parties, and she is most likely day-dreaming about puppy breath as I type this. As Lauren's housemate (and as a co-parent of an elderly but spry black Pom), I can attest to her genuine affection and devotion for all things canine. Your best pal is going to have so much fun with Lauren!!
Lauren is one of the most trustworthy, patient, intuitive and loving people I know. She's a bit of a dog whisperer, having the remarkable ability to calm down even my very active (somewhat difficult) Weimaraner and take her on a long walk. I cannot recommend Lauren enough, she will shower your pup with all the love and care they need while carefully meeting all responsibilities to the highest degree.
Lauren's work with caring for animals has been an inspiration to me and has actually led to me getting my own pup dog this year. The joy she has expressed about the many cats and dogs she has shared love with goes beyond words to events such as a birthday party with a dog drawing theme and a music video featuring a very special pug named Ollie. Lauren has such compassion and respect for animals and people. She is tender, attentive, timely and professional. The best.
