Welcome! My name is Lauren. I’ve had pets (specifically dogs) my entire life. I’ve cared for other pets in addition to my own for several years. Between my siblings and parents we have 5 golden retrievers. I have experience caring for dogs of all different sizes and breeds. I’m currently working full time, however I am free on the weekends and after 4 on weeknights. Boarding drop off and pickup hours are between 6 am and 8 pm. Any time after 8 pm would need to be booked as an additional boarding and pickup for the following morning. I offer extended stays as well. I live in the upstairs unit of a house, with a yard so lots of running around and play time staying here with me and my dog Poppy! I also live 5 minutes from the beach and walking trail. I have a one year old Golden retriever who LOVES other dogs and can keep your pup company. She loves to play and will even share her MANY toys. She is a social butterfly and loves to stay active.

It is really important to me to know all about your dog to ensure the best care. Are they friendly with other dogs? How do they handle walks on a leash? Special diet? Allergies? Medication? I love to gather a detailed list from owners to ensure the best care for your pet. Setting up a meet and greet prior to a stay is also very important to me.
A typical day
I love to be outdoors. I live right by the beach and hiking and try to take my high energy pup on 2-3 walks a day. I also love spending time in the yard throwing the ball with my pup. With the accessibility to the beach and many trails near me your pup will have the opportunity to explore many new places and smells.

Availability
I work full time during the week, however I have a flexible schedule and I am free on weekends. I love dedicating my weekends to my dog after a long work week. My priority is my pup after work. We always take a walk before I leave for work and my afternoons are always dedicated to pet care when I get home. I love to ensure my pup is getting the exercise and care she needs.
