I began dog watching nearly 4 years ago, caring for my housemates' Pit Bull and Chihuahua. I've since begun sitting for friends simply because I love spending time with dogs! I regularly watch a Labradoodle and Jack Russell Terrier, two of my favorites. As I am currently unable to own a dog of my own, I find caring for others dogs a good way to connect with these lovely animals. I'm a graduate student, so my schedule is flexible for overnight dog sitting and drop-in visits. Watching animals comes naturally to me. I am a caring and intuitive person, and I appreciate getting to know each dog for his or her unique personality. I have keen observation skills and treat dog sitting as the true job it is - keeping your dogs both engaged and safe during your time away. I have experience administering oral and injected medications, and also feel comfortable working with anxious dogs. I am an active person, and I enjoy taking dogs for local hikes and long walks. I have the strength and stamina to tire them out! That said, I also love to cuddle on the couch at the end of the day.
