Hi there! My name is Lauren and I am a HUGE dog lover. I've taken care of and trained family dogs since I was a young child. I have always had a deep connection with animals. Growing up in the forests of the Rocky Mountains we had rabbits, horses, ducks, birds, cats, dogs and more. I have owned and trained Great Danes, Schnauzers, Rescue Dogs, and everything in between. Currently I am a dog mom to our 1 year old rescue retriever/collie mix Goku, and to our blue beta fish, Green Bean. They have been the perfect addition to our family of four.

Lauren was absolutely amazing to our pups when we were out of town! We felt so comfortable after our meet and greet and were so glad to have found Lauren on rover! A typical day
I love hiking! I can take dogs anywhere in the Sacramento region for long hikes, walks, bike rides, runs, swims and dog parks. I live a very active lifestyle myself, if your dog is high energy it will be my goal to wear them out. I'm also happy to go nap under a tree in the park if your pup prefers.
