Hello! My name is Lauren and I'm a 29 year old animal-lover. I've grown up with a house full of fur babies (dogs, cats, & more) my entire life. For example, I am grateful to have been able to spend 13 wonderful years with my handsome yellow lab, Bror ("brother" in swedish) who shared my love for walks and loving life. Despite my tenacious efforts, I have yet to successfully convince my boyfriend to adopt a puppy for me. ;) I am an avid Fitbit user who really enjoys winning, and I need a socially acceptable reason to walk a lot and beat all of my friends in daily Fitbit competitions. Therefore, dog walking is the perfect solution to all of my problems! Please help me by letting me help you! It's a win-win! :) I have my B.S. in Biology, Ecology, Evolution and Behavior Biology as well as a MS in Environmental Science and studied cold-stunned endangered sea turtles during rehabilitation at the NEAq...so I clearly love animals & being outside and have a relatively good head on my shoulders. Another random fun fact(s) about me is that I am an honorary boy scout -yes, even though I'm a girl- because I regularly attended my brothers' meetings/trips as a child and proved myself worthy. Therefore, you can rest assured that I am extremely responsible, trustworthy, caring, and considerate. Growing up with 3 older brothers has kept me very grounded, easy-going, and patient. Plus I'm super careful and cautious during these crazy COVID-19 times.
