Lauren is super flexible and that's really helpful and assuring when you're traveling. I was late dropping Chloe off and picking her up. It was not an issue. Lauren and Chloe met before hand at Lauren's house too see if it was a good fit and it was. Lauren let Chloe go where ever she wanted in the house, let Chloe lay in her bed and on her couch, play with her dogs toys, and took her on walks. Lauren sent pics and gave me updates. Lauren allowed Chloe to live the same way she does at her own house. That was very important to me. Chloe was returned to me happy and healthy. Lauren will definitely be Chloe's regular sitter. I trust the way she takes care of Chloe. :)

I was somewhat reluctant to hire someone to watch my dogs whom I had never met. My fears melted away when Lauren arrived at my home for a meet and greet with my dogs.
