Pet care experience
I am the owner of a little 13 year old poodle! I have 13 years of experience caring for and walking her. She loves long walks so I am used to spending 30min+ on around the neighborhood with her. I have also dropped in to let dogs out, feed, and walk them for several neighbors, classmates, and friends over the years. I am currently in nursing school so my availability changes, but I am free most afternoons/evenings during the week and most weekends. Having a dog of my own I understand how hard it can be to get home and let your dog out with a busy schedule I am very active and love dogs, I would love to help you let out/walk your pup as needed!

Lauren has a love for pets unlike anyone I've ever seen. She truly loves and cares for all animals like they're her own and is such a natural when interacting with them. On top of that, she's responsible, timely and honest - perfect qualities for someone in this role. I know that she'll always go above and beyond to make me and my pets feel comfortable. I would trust Lauren with my dog any day!
We love having Lauren take care of our dogs when we're out of town! She is so great with them, and you can tell they really enjoy having her around. Lauren is sweet, cheery, and so accomodating. We plan on continuing to have Lauren as a dog-sitter in the future.
Lauren has let my dog out several times when I have had to work long shifts. She gets along great with my lab and I can always tell they got a good walk in and that my dog has been well cared for. I plan to continue using Lauren in the future.

Before I take your pup for a stroll I would like to know their leash habits (do they pull, do they like to lead the way) and the distance your dog is comfortable going. I would also like to know how they react when encountering other dogs while on walks.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on jogging trails (depending on the size of dog I can run alongside them or go at their own pace) as it allows them to sniff out nature and enjoy the fresh air. If your dog is more comfortable taking a few laps around the block I am more than happy to do that instead. I am also pretty good at playing fetch in the backyard and giving belly rubs. :)
