Pet care experience
I can guarantee you that I am the most dog person individual you will ever encounter. I am the person you run into at the cafe who asks to let your dog. I am the person who most likely has a spare poop bag on them for dog parents. I cannot think of a better way to spend my time than with a dog. Like how fun is it to goto a park, with a dog. Grab a cup of coffee, with a dog. Do a hike or dance around in water, with a dog. I will be that person for your pooch. I recently lost my own dog due to cancer and it was extremely hard for my partner and I. I find joy in caring for other animals and always being an advocate for our furry family members. I will treat your pet as my own. I will spoil them, love them, and take care of their every need. I love exploring places near and far- hiking trails, beaches, all that good CA stuff! But I also love staying home, giving cuddles and sleeping together on the couch or bed. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in clinical psychology during the week but would love to take care of your furry child on the weekends!!

I would like to know their comfort level with other people and dogs, allergies, favorite toys and treats, what alarms them, where do they like to sleep, key words in their vocabulary. My past pooch was a reactive pit bull- I know the difficulties that they can bring- I would like to know their status with other dogs and best was to keep them distracted. I also can walk them in secluded areas and odd times as this can be extremely helpful and relaxing for your pet!
A typical day
I will ask for nearby trails which also includes knowing their limitations. I love exploring with dogs- being mindful of terrain. Going for a classic walk or run is always super fun! Maybe transporting to fun restaurants or local spots! I also can put on a good movie for us and give great cuddles.
