This Rover experience was mediocre at best. I showed up to Lauren’s house at our designated drop off time and she was not home, I had to wait outside for almost half an hour (on the morning where I had to go to work before leaving town). She also did not text me updates without me prompting her. One of my dogs was having some allergies going on when I dropped her off and i asked her to give her her medicine which she politely said she would do and confirmed that she did everyday. On my trip i reached out and asked how my dogs was doing she said she was better however when we picked her up her ear looked worse than when we dropped her off. Safe to say we will not be using her again.
