Pet care experience
My schedule can be flexible so please let me know what you need and I'll be sure to let you know if we can make it work! I have owned a couple dogs in the past and dog sit for my family and friends all the time. We currently have a 3yo dog who is very dog friendly and two cats. We’d love to host your fur babies with us for a long weekend to let you get away.

Lauren adores animals and has helped me with my outdoor and feral cats. I have watched her take many of her Saturday nights Volunteering to care for rescue dogs in between transports. She makes all the dogs feel comfortable in her home and HAPPY even though they are going through a rough patch! Most girls are partying that are her age but she would rather be with the dogs! I am so proud of her.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced in yard with tons of shade and multiple rooms and spaces to separate animals as needed. Dogs are TOTALLY allowed on furniture and we have healthy treats as their diets allowed. Big neighborhood for walks (with sidewalks) and the pavement is always tested on my own skin before their precious paws. I have lick mats and kongs for mental stimulation and love to fill them with protein and veggies.

Information Lauren H. would like to know about your pet
I prefer dogs that have been neutered so I don't have to worry about them with other dogs we may come into contact with and/or them being in heat and not their 'normal' selves. I would like to know if the dog has any anxiety or acts certain ways towards different people, any suggestions and tips they may have to help the dog warm up would be appreciated as well.
A typical day
I'm not a runner though we do love finding trails for a good walk. We do not go to dog parks for safety reasons but I do have a 50ft lead that I keep with us for any parks with open spaces.

Availability
I work full-time Mon-Fri so would mostly be available for weekend boarding, Fri-Sun. I am available for drop in visits or walks during the week after 5pm.
