A little bit about me: *I work full time, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. I have lived my entire life surrounded by different types of dogs; anywhere from a Doberman to a Labradoodle. I have yet to meet a dog who did not enjoy my company, and I always enjoy theirs. I was a member of the Doberman Rescue League in New Hampshire when I lived in Massachusetts. I rescued my Labradoodle, Abby, a little over 10 years ago. She was neglected when we found her at 7 months old, but she recovered quickly and currently behaves more like a human than a dog. Recently, my dog moved in with my parents and I found myself searching for that companionship. This is when I decided that I could become a sitter and help people who didn't want to leave their dogs in an unfamiliar shelter while they were away. I have seen how scared dogs can be locked up away from their family, but I'd like to change that and take care of them as if they were my own family. I believe that each dog/cat has a different personality. They should be taken care of with love and affection according to their own preference. I look forward to meeting your dog and would love for them to choose me as their friend and care taker. I am currently only doing travel stays in your home, but I would also love to take your pups on a walk, to the park, on a hike, or where ever they want to go as I live a very active lifestyle. I am completely comfortable with oral medication or eye/ear drops. I am only able to administer injections if I am shown exactly how it should be done.
