Update 5/9/2022 I am currently accepting new clients. While I am available every day, my main job is M-F 8am to 5pm not including holidays. since rover is not my main source of income, I want to pay it forward by offering low cost pet sitting during this time. I have a degree in animal biotechnology and conservation from delaware valley university. I have a mix of hands on animal care experience as well. This includes a shelter worker at various humane societies (5 years), a vet tech assistant (2 years) and assistant manager at a boarding kennel/doggy daycare (3 years). I also have fostered cats and dogs in the past. I volunteered to raise puppies for a service dog program. While I love working with animals, I work full time in an unrelated field for a higher income. I am looking to supplement my income with my passion for animal care tailored to your pets' individual care and needs. My knowledge and experience spans from puppies to geriatric dogs, from toy to giant breeds. I typically work a 3pm-11pm shift at my regular job. So most of my time would be spent in the morning or afternoon with your dog. I am more than willing to stop by after my shift ends as well. I don't mind staying overnights either if that is easier and more comfortable for client and dog. I am also independently insured. Not available until June 10 The calendar system set up for this app is difficult in showing inavailability for certain days only (will block out entire weekends when I just want specific days).
