Lauren is one who genuinely cares about dogs as if they are humans. She deeply cares for each and every dog on a personal level and I have never met someone in my life who has been a bigger activist for animal rights, as she started her own educational and activist group to help animals at her place of secondary education. Any dog left in the hands of Lauren is a dog left in good hands, and I can say that with immense confidence.

Lauren is dependable when it comes to animals. She gives her absolute all when she's talking about them. I've never seen someone talk so passionately about animal rights and just about animals in general. She has her own rescue back in Indiana that she constantly keeps updated on, like she has family members over in Indiana take pictures of them so she can see how he's doing. Her rescue (Zero) is her best friend and I remember watching her having to leave him behind to move to Virginia and she was absolutely devastated. She loves all dogs like this, she doesn't discriminate. As she says, "All dogs are good dogs. All dogs are good boys and good girls. All dogs are pretty boys and pretty girls. All dogs are good dogs." She really lives by that phrase and isn't afraid of any breed of dog, even if they're snarling and angry she just says, "it's ok, we'll be friends later on." and gives them a chance to get used to her before trying to get close again. She really loves animals to the fullest.
