In the past I have stayed in homes to care for pets depending on the situation. I will come before work, around 2, and in the evening. I have almost an acre fenced in yard close to the water. My two dogs enjoy swimming in the summer so swimming is definitely an option for your dog! I enjoy being active and outside with my dogs playing frisbee or fetch. I have experience with older dogs who may need a little extra TLC. I have experience administering medication to older pets as well. My fiancé would also be home to help care for your fur babies.
