Lauren was absolutely wonderful with our Bichon Frise “Harrison Ford”. Harrison had a tough two days on our road trip from Cincinnati on the way to California. Mom and Dad wanted to go to The Big Steak house for diner and needed a break. Lauren responded quickly and understood Harrison needed some one on one care. She loved him a bunch and took him for ice-cream! She texted us while st dinner to reassure us he was fine. Lauren is in college studying Animal Science! What a jewel she was and we highly recommend her. If you’re near Amarillo, TX and need some loving care for your baby do not hesitate to use Lauren!! Lauren, if you read this, Debbie and I thank you again!!!

I am deeply saddened to submit a negative review. While Lauren B. sat for us on one occasion and was very good, our last experience with her was a disaster! Over the three days we asked her to sit and care for our house/dogs, she was here a total of an hour and a half. Our instructions included feeding our 3 dogs separately to avoid any aggressive behavior, but, unfortunately, those instructions weren't followed. Our instructions also had Lauren spending the nights, allowing one dog to sleep inside each night while the other two were enclosed in their house, but again, that didn't happen. Our three dogs ate together, slept outside all night and had free run of their dog house and run. They barked all night and were totally out of their usual routine without morning or evening exercise or company. Needless to say, we were devastated and our dogs were exhausted (and our neighbors very concerned!). Luckily, our nest cameras alerted us to the exact times Lauren came and went from our home. On one 7 minute visit, she even brought 2 other people into our home with her. We continued to be shocked when she pursued payment the same day we returned from our trip. We will not be using Lauren B. again and feel it necessary to submit this review for others to see before hiring her. We're not sure if we will use Rover or any other service again for our home/pets. Nothing is more sacred to us than our home & fur family.
