Hi, I'm Lauren Barksdale/ Barnes. I am a MSW at LSU. I have worked in doggie daycares, pet smart, and now am looking to care for animals independently.! I have experience with dogs, cats, fish, birds, small furry animals, and even scaly reptiles! I have three adorable pups of my own that are all rescues, Shadow, Beau, and Scrappy. I also have two cats that I adopted from the Humane Educational Society. I am certified in dog first aid/cpr and can administer medications. I'm available everyday of the week and most holidays which you can see on my calendar. I have a very flexible schedule because of my classes. So think of me next time you're planning your vacation and need a loving and devoted person to watch over your baby and provide you with peace of mind. I am a graduate student taking online classes so my schedule is very open and flexible. I am also a homebody so your dogs are never alone My home is a dog’s paradise. I have an acre on flat land surrounded by a wooden privacy fence. Our garage has been converter to a dogs relaxation room. It is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. There are extra kuranda beds and a door that is kept open so the dogs have access to the backyard at their leisure.
