Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs my entire life, and truly love dogs with all my heart. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes. Potty training, puppy training, dog walking, you name it. I became very familiar with personally raising my own dog about 2 years ago when I got my dog, Mila, who has taught me just about everything I need to know about dogs, different temperaments, needs, having multiple dogs in a house together and how to make sure they coexist and feel safe together.

Lauren has watched our pit/boxer mix a handful of times and I never worry! She treats him like her own and is so patient with his active personality. I have a young dog of my own, so my house is “puppy proofed,” with nothing harmful or dangerous in reach of my dog. When I leave, I turn my pet camera on in order to make sure everything is good at my house while my dog is home alone, as well as close the door to the bathroom and office, where there are open trash cans.

A typical day
It is important for dogs to be stimulated both physically and mentally. Some of my favorite mentally stimulating activities I like doing for dogs is providing lick mats, sniffle mats, kongs, and bones. For physical activity I can provide your dog with walks, fetch, and running around outside with my dog!

Availability
I currently work full-time, with 3 days being from home and 2 days a week in an office. I am not home from 7:30-5:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but am home all day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On the weekends I am home full-time!
