Pet care experience
Hello! I recently moved to Washington, D.C. this past August from my family home in the Phoenix area. At home, I have two pups (a labradoodle and maltipoo) and have been around animals my whole life. Since moving I’ve definitely been missing animal interaction so I’m looking forward to helping people with their animal watching needs. I have experience with a range of dogs, from puppies to the elderly. I also had cats growing up so I am happy to work with feline friends as well. I love working with animals and helping out families that want the best for these extended family members! I have known and worked with Lauren for several years and we once split the responsibility of dog-sitting, so I can honestly say that she is one of the most dependable people I know. Not only does she take everything she do with the utmost responsibility, she's funny and good-natured. Most importantly, Lauren LOVES animals. She is the type of person who will ask to pet any cute dog on the street and her pets are a great source of pride. I can't think of anyone better for this job!
Lauren took care of my dog, Molly, when I was away for a weekend and she did such a great job! She followed all my directions completely and kept me updated every day so I never worried. She met with Molly before I left and made sure to get all the information she needed to best take care of my pup! I could also tell how much she loves dogs when she first met Molly and got down on the floor to say hi!
