I've been an enthusiastic dog lover my whole life, and I can't wait to make friends with your pup! I am available to walk or run with your dog, and I'd love to take your dog for a trail run adventure in Forest Park or Thousand Acres Park. I love to get outside rain or shine and explore our lovely city and its parks. I am at ease with dogs big and small, and I have experience working with reactive dogs. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood close to several parks, so I can make sure your pet gets the right amount of activity whatever their needs! Besides caring for dogs, I also have experience petsitting for cats, chickens, guinea pigs, and turtles, and I am happy to care for any other pets in your home.

We love Lauren! This was her second time watching our dogs and home while we were out of town. As always, she took such great care of everything. Our two pups have opposite personalities - one is very confident/energetic and the other is timid/cautious. We really appreciate Lauren’s mindful and patient approach with both of them. Lauren also does a great job of sending photos and updates, as well as handling any medication needs. We always feel relieved to know she’s keeping an eye on everything while we’re away!

My back yard is not fully fenced (yet!) so dogs will be kept on leash for potty breaks as well as walks. Your pup can have free range of my house or stay in a crate if you prefer. For housesitting in your home, I'll follow whatever routines you normally use.

Please let me know if your dog has any medication needs. I will only feed your pup the food and treats you provide in case of any food allergies. When out walking I generally avoid other dogs by crossing the street, but let me know if your dog is especially reactive and needs more distance from other dogs or people.
A typical day
My neighborhood is full of parks where we can play fetch and play with other dogs, or explore and sniff around on leash. The neighborhood is very walkable, and I'd love to take your dog on a walk or run to visit goats, chickens, and even peacocks!

I work from home full time during the week so I am able to provide lots of attention and frequent trips outside if needed. For housesitting in your home I will bring my laptop and just need a reliable internet connection to work from there.
