Hi! I have been pet-sitting for several years. I started pet-sitting when I wasn't able to own a pet of my own because of where I lived and I looked forward to the times I could spend with other people's pets. In 2017, I rescued a boxer/lab. Indy is 5 years old, 75 pounds, half muscle, and very energetic so I am able to handle big, strong dogs. She is also my best friend and I would be crushed if something happened to her so I'm picky when it comes to letting anyone else take care of her. Because of this, whenever I take care of other dogs I treat them with the same care I want others to give Indy. Whether it's dogs, cats, or any other animal, I promise to give your pet the best care. Indy has gotten along well with every dog that we have had stay with us. It takes her a few minutes to warm up to them but once she does, she loves having the pup company! So far, we have only had medium - big dogs stay with us and I'm not sure if Indy would get along with small dogs but would be willing to do a meet and greet to see how it goes.
