I currently own a husky/shepherd mix who I rescued from a Kill shelter and treated for heartworm. He is now 2 years HW free and loves to play, cuddle and be active. He's a smart cookie, so I've learned to be extra careful with food, doors (yes, he can open doors!), windows and more. We love taking long walks and playing in the dog park. I have also taught 3 dogs how to learn basic commands (sit, stay, shake, etc) and understand dogs with both sedentary and active personalities. I live in downtown Greenville and was recently laid off due to impacts of Covid-19, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I would prefer to care for pets that are closer to my home/work to ensure maximum time with them and less commute with each visit. I live in an extremely dog-friendly apartment complex in downtown Greenville with a newly renovated fenced-in pet park out back as well as a large non-fenced in field. I live by myself with my dog, a 4-year old shepherd husky mix. My dog loves having friends and company and gets along with all other animals. I ask that your dog must be ok with other dogs for pet sitting requests. I do not keep my dog in a crate when I am away, but am flexible to meet your needs if you would like your pet to be crated.
