Pet care experience
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved tending to and caring for animals. I have plenty of years of experience working with both small and large animals. My love and appreciation for animals had always made me the go-to person with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to watch over and care for their pets or even questions regarding animal care, tips, etc. I worked as a vet tech for almost two years so I’m very good at handling animals with temperaments that range from very friendly.... to not so friendly and about ready to maul you (both cats and dogs.... and cows and pigs and rabbits). I myself love getting outside and taking my own dogs for walks so why not do it for other people and their pets. Rest assured, I’ve got you and your four legged family member covered and taken care of.

I have known Laurel for over 22 years now. From a very young age, Laurel exhibited a great passion and love for animals. She has demonstrated great tenderness and care for the pets she has owned which have included five dogs, three pigs, turtles, and countless numbers of cute, fuzzy bunny rabbits (which she also bred and raised for others to enjoy). I have seen her patiently train these magnificent pets and play excitedly with them all hours upon hours as she has grown up. She has also gained valuable experience keeping all of those animals washed and groomed over the years, especially one wonderful Golden Doodle that requires that extra “primping maintenance touch”. The caring and loving attention I have witnessed from Laurel is true to her good nature and personality that you will get when you select Laurel to care for your precious furry family member.

I have two dogs at my apartment. Both have good house manners, but one is a tad old, set in her ways, and can be a grouch around other dogs/pets (it really depends on the day). The other, my golden retriever, he loves people and dogs...especially Puppies (he’s obsessed, but I can’t blame him). I would be more than willing to tend to/care for you pet(s) at your home and taking them for walks/dropping by for a playtime, but I would not bring them to my apartment to take care of them.

A typical day
I’d love to take your dog to a nearby park, dog park, walking trail, lake, pond or wherever your dog enjoys it’s time the most. I personally love going on walks through the nature, but am more than willing to stroll along the sidewalks of suburbia or the city streets.

Availability
I’m currently working full time at the company I’m with (Mon.-Fri.), but My weekends are completely open. That being said, typically I’m done with work at 4:30 pm so if your floof needs an evening walk or playtime, I don’t mind.
