I love dogs of all kinds! I was raised with a Beagle who lived for 19 years throughout my childhood. I was responsible for walking and feeding her and she slept with me every night. Our next member of the family was found at the local pound, a mid-aged Brittany Spaniel. She was sweet, calm, and loyal. We had another Brittany who was not so calm but had an incredible personality and we loved her dearly. When I got married, my husband and I adopted a Brittany from Alabama named Jake. He was our first child and such a wonderful companion. I walked and ran with him every day. He helped me train for a marathon! We took Jake on long hikes and camping trips. He sadly passed away last summer at 14 and I miss having a dog around the house. I have grown up with dogs all my life but have also taken care of friends and family’s dogs such as a small Terrier mix, Shih Tzu, Golden Retriever, Lab, etc. You can trust that I will be a loving, fun, energetic, and responsible care-taker of your loved one.
