Pet care experience
I have owned all sorts of pets (dog, cats, horses, sheep, pigs, and birds) my entire life. I love all animals and enjoy spending time with them. My little ones are an extension of our family and I want pets to be cared for while their owners/parents are away. I love all sorts of dogs, I really have not found one I did not love. Big or small, excited balls of fur or those that just chill, I look forward to meeting and having a great time with your pup. When I was younger I wanted to be a veterinarian but I could just not see a hurt or sick animal so I changed my path. I found this is a way I can still enjoy animals but doing all of the fun stuff instead!

I have known Laura for 20 plus years and have seen her care for so many animals including pigs, horses, dogs and cats. She is extremely patient, responsible and hardworking and works to teach those values to her children. She is an educator and a scholar so if your pet has any special needs, she has the mindset to make sure she fully understands those needs and would conduct any additional research if needed to ensure the best possible care for your pet. I highly recommend Laura for any pet services you need. You can rest assured that your fur babies will be in good hands and that they will be loved.
My dog was watched by Laura many times. She treated her as family. She updated me often on the status of my dog. I would highly recommend her and I would used her again.
Laura is great with dogs! When her dog Jack became sick (due to old age) she did everything she could to make him comfortable. She also had to feed him a strict diet, so she is very familiar with special diets in dogs. Laura is a great person who loves animals and would take care of anyone's pet the way she takes care of her own!!!!

I feel all dogs have personality, and I like to get to know them. I love all breeds and really enjoy all dogs. In my opinion, dogs are like people, they have likes and dislikes. I like to know if a dog has any preferences in interactions with other dogs or people. How do they handle knew situations and interactions. Are they good with kids, other dogs, cats, or outside in general. Are they good in a vehicle or do they get sick? Anything that can make the experience for your pet enjoyable and fun.
A typical day
We have a HUGE yard, almost 7 acres. We play ball, relax, sometimes swim and have lots of fun. We love walks in the woods, on the rails to trails path, and running around our yard letting off steam. When we can, we take our dogs to the local park and walk around and check out the scenery and animals. We love being outside!
