ABOUT ME: I'm a retired military veteran so I have a flexible schedule. I work from home most days. Because I am up very early either walking my own dogs or clients dogs, I shut my phone off at 9 p.m. every evening. I answer all incoming requests the next morning by 8 a.m. Prior to working with Rover, I was a high school history teacher, a flight attendant and a police officer. So, I've had a lot of different jobs and like to think I'm good in new situations. In the past, I worked for a rescue placing animals in new homes for over a year, so I've had a lot of experience with all different types of animals, including fostering dogs and kittens in my home. My dogs mean the world to me. Matilda, my Shiba Inu-Lab Mix, who is a big goofball and loves everything and everyone! And my sweet girl, Cinnamon who is a Husky-German Shepherd Mix (she's on the small side), who is mostly blind. I would take special care of your animal like they were my own.
