Laura looked after our three year old pomchi Levi for ten days while we were on vacation. We have only just moved to America and this is the first time we had ever left Levi with anyone other than my parents. Levi was also struggling with some anxiety in the weeks before the trip. Laura was beyond fantastic the whole time. She is so knowledgeable about dogs and did so much to make sure Levi ...

Laura is friendly, kind and very experienced with dogs. She is so thoughtful around making each individual dog feel comfortable and happy. We met her a few weeks ago and are looking forward to lots of walks and stays in the future ?

Capable, Caring Dog Lover

I spend as much of my time as possible working with dogs, and I can't wait to meet yours!

Every dog has their own personality, and I've had experience working with all kinds of dogs in all kinds of situations through both fostering and work at two local no-kill animal shelters (PAWS Chicago and One Tail at a Time).
I participate in as many classes and trainings as possible to increase my knowledge and skills ...

What Laura would like to know about your dog

Tell me everything! I want to know as much as possible about your pup.

In an initial request, I like to start off with
- the dog's name and age
- whether they're potty trained
- an overall idea of what their needs will be during my time with them
- any special requests or any conditions I should be aware of

But after we book and before my time with your dog starts, I like to know about
- medical conditions, medications, allergies, or injuries
- habits, schedules, and routines
- favorite toys and activities
- tricks or skills they're working on and your training methods for those things
- fears or stressors
- favorite snacks
Etc.
The more info, the better! I make sure to go over everything with you when we have a meet and greet so that I can take the best care possible of your dog.

I love dogs of all breeds! For sleepovers at my house, I'll need to keep it to mid-size or small dogs so that they can have plenty of space and be comfy, but for doggie visits, walks, or stays at your home, I'm happy to hang out with any dog. I'm a sucker for pit bulls and similar breeds, but I also adore tiny fluff balls, extra-big doggos and everything in between.
