Pet care experience
I have always had pets in my life. About a year ago we also started fostering for a local rescue and have helped 14 dogs find their forever homes. We have dealt with everything from puppy energy and potty training to scared dogs to a sick/injured dog that needed an amputation.

We have a fenced yard, will go for walks, and have lots of playtime! We have friendly dogs to keep your dog company. We will do our best to follow the schedule and rules that you have in your home for your dogs. We do have two children - 11 and almost 8. They are used to a variety of foster dogs and are very good at dealing with dogs appropriately and will make sure your dog gets lots of love.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I should be aware of. We do have a cat, so please let me know ahead of time if your dog has no experience with cats, or is too interested in cats, so we can take extra precautions to keep them separate if needed.
A typical day
We will make sure your dog gets plenty of playtime and mental stimulation. We will go for walks and get outside whenever the weather permits.

Availability
I am still able to work from home several days during the week and my husband has a job where he works some weekends, and is often home on the days I do go in to work. Our schedule allows us to be with the dogs a lot of the time, and to make sure they are able to get outside for potty breaks.
