Pet care experience
I work from home as a licensed caregiver and currently have three dogs of my own. My baby Lilly I have had since 2016, Kobe is my boyfriend’s dog we’ve had for three years. Canela I adopted from Puerto Vallarta Mexico in 2020. As a licensed care giver in mental health I am particularly skilled with fearful and anxious dogs. Canela was very timid and shy when she first came to me but she is doing great now!

Laura was fantastic with my pup. Lots of updates and pictures and even spoiled her with some puppicinos from Starbucks. She is now going to be my go to whenever I have to travel moving forward. Thanks Laura for taking such good care of Olivia!
Laura was great! She sent more pictures than I had ever gotten from a past sitter and was also very active with my pup. My dog was super tired when I picked her up, but I know she had a great time. Thank you so much Laura! Will def be using her services again when I’m in the area.

I am a licensed clinician so I hope you understand I am a professional caregiver and pride myself in helping others. We have three dogs in our home so both our places are pet friendly. I am very calm with animals I do not yell or anything like that. If you saw how far my little girl Canela has come from when I first adopted her you would understand I am very caring and gentle.

A typical day
We will go for a short walk in the morning then have breakfast. We will take short walks all day long when I have a chance in between meetings. Your dog will hang out with me and my three assistants (three other pups) while I am working. After work we will go for a long walk and again in the evening another nice long walk. Dogs will be fed at dinner time too. And treats all day long because we walk so much and this is America! I love to walk my dogs to Riverview Fisk Park, Washington Park, Lincoln Park and Hudson Park on extra special days.

Availability
I work from home with my three dogs hanging out with me all day. We have a nice size fenced yard in Jersey City. I also bring my dogs to my home in Red Bank so can board dogs in both cities depending where I am. I LOVE taking my pups for walks to the park when I have a chance during the work day. I am off Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday so we always have time to go for extra long walks to parks like Bayonne Park in Hudson County or Holmdel Park in Monmouth county.
