Hi! Thank you for checking out my profile. I am a professional trainer of working sheepdogs but I love all kinds of dogs and have many years of experience working with and caring for them. At Palm Cottage Farm your dog will have plenty of supervised outdoor time, with many acres to run. Your canine friend may interact with resident dogs, or if you prefer, can be kept separately. I have experience with and can accommodate reactive dogs, old dogs, tiny or big dogs, dogs on meds - no aggressive dogs though! Special arrangements may be made for bathing, basic training or evaluation on sheep for some specific breeds Thank you - and we hope to meet you & your canine companions sometime soon. Laura

I need to know whether your dog has a good recall in order to go on off leash walks (on our own 60 acres). Your dog will need to be OK in a crate or kennel at times - or be willing to learn how! NO dog or people aggressive dogs. I am prepared to handle a reactive dog individually but an aggressive dog would not do well here.
A typical day
Walking and running free over acres of rolling fields and wooded trails and available pond swimming are the major sources of entertainment we offer for outdoorsy types. This is a working farm and guest dogs, like our own, will have down time in crates / kennels during times of their stays.
