As a former veterinary assistant, I have extensive knowledge on how to care for all kinds of pets! At the clinic I helped care for boarding pets (dogs, cats, birds, small mammals and reptiles), aided in giving medications, helped with medical treatments and even some basic grooming. Currently I am a medical technologist in the microbiology lab at John Peter Smith hospital. I work 12 hour shifts Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, but i am available any time Tuesdays -Friday I have one dog I adopted from the Houston SPCA, and his name is Waffles, two cats and a hedgehog.
