Pet care experience
- I’ve had dogs ever since I was 3 years old. At only 3 years old, I selected a puppy with 3 legs because I felt like no one would want her and take care of her like me. She lived for 16 years. - I had a rotty mix, who I found in front of my house in 2007. Sadly, we had to put him to sleep on January 2021 at 15 years old. He had a herniated disc surgery at 12 and neutered at 14. Through it all, I was there to take care of him with medication, therapy, & vet visits. - I also have a chihuahua who is 14 years old. Due to covid and returning back to work, the chihuahua is back with my parents. - I don’t have professional experience with dogs, but I do have my own personal experience with my own and any dog I have met, I have loved them and protected them as if they were mine. - We can do a meet and greet with your pup and/or FaceTime. I work full-time, but work from home two to three times a week. On weekends, I’m fully available.

Laura was the best! She asked all the right questions and sent plenty of picture and video updates of our big baby. She was so good with our very attached 150lb Great Dane I know he enjoyed his time with her & I couldnt thank her enough!
Laura was absolutely amazing!!! I get very anxious about leaving my pup and Laura did a fantastic job keeping me posted on how she was doing with photos and videos each day. Incredible level of communication! I came home to an impeccably clean home and a very happy pup. 11/10 recommend Laura!!
As always, Laura was wonderful with our pups and home! We appreciate how much she loves them while we are gone. She is so responsible and respectful.

In my home, they are free to roam around. If I have 2 dogs (and depending on their size and energy, I will probably put one in crate or keep them in separate rooms when I leave the apartment. I will ask owner if they are ok with crating for this particular situation. This is the ONLY time I will crate unless owner has specific instructions.

I would like to what their behavior is around other dogs (shy, hyper, defensive, etc.). I’d like to know what your pet mainly dislikes and likes so I can make their stay enjoyable and stress free. Any allergies or medications they are taking would be great as well.
A typical day
I live in a doggy friendly area where I can walk them in the sidewalk. I also have bayside, brickell key, and another open park at walking distance. I can also take them to another fenced park 10 minutes away. I can also take them to key biscayne dog beach. I can go for a jog with your pet to burn off some energy :) I will always ask the owner what’s permissible before anything. I take the dogs for walks or potty breaks more than bare minimum (unless stated not to do so by owner) in the weekend. During your pet's stay, I try to keep them active and provide lots of attention!
