We feel so fortunate to have found Laura and Shane as dog sitters for our three pups! Laura and Shane were excellent communicators from our first outreach, promptly meeting with us in our home to meet our dogs and get to know each other better. They asked about any special considerations for each of the dogs and listened thoroughly to our concerns, and followed up again just prior to our trip departure to make sure we were all on the same page in terms of the necessary arrangements. During our time away, they sent just the right amount of updates to let us know that things were going well and that the dogs were happy and getting walks and cuddle time. They even offered to stay beyond our agreed upon departure time, and took it upon themselves to wash a bathroom mat after our dog had had an accident on it. More importantly, we came home to clearly relaxed, well-cared for, happy pups. Laura and Shane are friendly, flexible and communicative -- and their fondness for dogs really comes through. We highly recommend them! :)
