I love the senior dogs! Maybe because I can now sympathize with them. I don’t mind giving medicine, even shots. (I had a goat farm and horses. So I have been giving animal shots my whole life) I have been a dog rescuer for years and all my pets have been rescues. I lost my last guy about a years ago. I just moved here from California to be with my son and grandson and until my new companion finds me I thought caring for other's pets would fill the void. My roommates chihuahua found a place in my heart, although I always wondered how... she is cute, but feisty. I love labs and have had mostly lab mixes and large dogs. Out here I will need to down size. Since, I don't have a yard. I will only take two dogs at a time, so I can provide enough attention to both. It seems we have a day overlap when there is three. So we go for walk/potty breaks about every two (2) hours, a distance of 4 blocks, 15 minutes each time. I get up at 5/6 so our first round is early. We do not want any accidents. They will need to be compatable and will need to be introduced. If I am at your home only your dogs are there. Unless specifically requested I don’t take dogs to the dog park, or until I get to know your dog and know how they will act with others. I want everyone safe.
